As a thought-based life coach, I’m always on the lookout for good thoughts to think. Thoughts that will make me FEEL soooooo darn good I want to dance or laugh.
Thoughts that will raise my vibration through the roof.
When I think good thoughts, I feel good emotions coursing through my body. When I feel good emotions, I do and say things that are in perfect alignment with my essence and my intentions. There is a sense of flow in my life.
It’s really that simple!
I love that I’ve mastered a simple model for understanding reality which can trace all of the results in my life back to my own thoughts. That makes me feel empowered. It reminds me that I can change my life at any moment, and in fact I AM, whether I’m aware of it or not. There’s no one else in charge or to blame. There’s just me.
I recently read a book by the amazing woman who trained me in coaching, Brooke Castillo. It’s called “It Was Always Meant to Happen This Way.” I couldn’t put this book down because the words and thoughts she shared were so inspiring and so uplifting.
I wrote down some lines from the book to carry with me. These are THOUGHTS and questions that I want to remind myself to think and ask because they shift the energy in me immediately. They feel wonderful. I’ve typed them out below to share with you.
