Stephanie Lyra Lin

M.A. Buddhism, Columbia University + M.S. Mental Health Counseling, CUNY Lehman

I’m a spiritual coach, Reiki healer, and Family Constellations practitioner devoted to helping sensitive souls release the pain of the past, embody their truth, and live with love. My healing work centers women ~ we, the creative wellspring supporting all life.

An NYC native, I draw upon my Asian and Buddhist roots + 20 years of meditation and yoga practice, as well as wisdom drawn from the diverse places I've called home ~ NYC, China, Taiwan, Israel, Hawaii.

I’ve also worked as a crisis counselor with 988 and beyond my private services, I support people on their journey via a mental health startup, Sol Health. My passion is sharing teachings and tools to help people open their hearts and live with more harmony, joy, and flow.
