Humans are creatures of habit

We humans are creatures of habit.

We create patterns in our mind through repetition.

Sometimes the patterns empower us and bring us peace and joy.

Other times they weaken us and cause us stress and suffering.

Here are three simple mindsets to adopt as you commit to changing unhelpful patterns in your life:

1. Conscious awareness. Be still and let the light of consciousness in.  See what's up inside that mind and heart of yours. :)

2. A willingness to experiment with different modes of thinking and being.

I truly feel that genuine curiosity and wonder at the human condition is the foundation of spirituality and growth.

3. A playful, non-judgmental approach.
