About your guide: Stephanie Lyra Lin (M.A. Buddhism) is a spiritual coach, Reiki healer, and Family Constellations practitioner. A native New Yorker, she draws upon her Buddhist roots, years of meditation, yoga, and movement practice, and deep engagement with wisdom traditions and women’s work around the world. She has lived for many years in East Asia, Israel, and Hawaii. Her passion is sharing teachings and tools to help people open their hearts and live with more harmony, joy, and flow.
