I’m so delighted to share my favorite ethically sourced Peruvian cacao with you!
This beautifully packaged cacao contains 450 grams, which is about 30 daily servings (15g) or 15 ceremonial doses (30g).
Cacao Love’s rich and smooth cacao is grown and tended to on family-owned plots of land by indigenous Asháninka people in the Central Highlands of Peru, in partnership with Cacao Love.
Benefits of drinking cacao include: improved mood by boosting serotonin and endorphin release, increased focus through stimulation of dopamine-production, energy boost through the compound theobromine (closely related to caffeine but without the jittery effect), full-body muscle relaxation due to its high level of magnesium, and increased blood flow to the heart via theobromine!
