I’m delighted to share my favorite ethically sourced Peruvian cacao with you!
This beautifully packaged cacao contains 450 grams, which is about 30 daily servings (15g) or 15 ceremonial doses (30g).
Cacao Love’s rich cacao is grown and tended to on family-owned plots of land by indigenous Asháninka people in the Central Highlands of Peru.
Benefits of enjoying cacao include: improved mood by boosting serotonin and endorphin release, increased focus through stimulation of dopamine-production, energy boost through the compound theobromine (closely related to caffeine but without the jittery effect), muscle relaxation due to cacao’s high level of magnesium, and increased blood flow to the heart via the natural compound called theobromine!
