Welcome to receive this gentle, supportive, dose of healing Reiki energy and spiritual guidance, tailored to your needs. All are welcome, including newbies to Reiki and spirituality. Feel free to contact me first with any questions or concerns.

During this 1:1 live virtual session (via Zoom), you'll:

• Be guided into a meditative space to tune into what's most alive for you right now, share and listen from your heart, and explore your current life situations with compassion

• Receive distance Reiki as you sit / lie down comfortably and rest or meditate ~ the Reiki energy will go where it is needed, supporting relaxation, release of old energy, increased vitality, and balance

• We’ll end the session with an oracle card reading with the Osho Zen Tarot deck (or other decks I may share) - the reading offers clarity, deepens awareness, supports healing, and inspires courage for your next steps
